Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) Mini-Grant

We are pleased to announce that the Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) mini-grant funding period is now open. The DSME mini-grant ranges from $5,000 to $20,000 to establish, build, achieve accreditation for, sustain, increase access to, or expand DSME programs serving adults in Florida. The application deadline is Thursday, September 30, 2021.

On September 1, we held a Question-and-Answer conference call for all potential applicants to learn more about the mini-grant and to ask questions before submitting their applications.
